Early check in from 08:00 or late check out until 18:00 must be requested in advance and is usually charged at 50% of the daily rate, confirmed no earlier than 24 hours before arrival. For guests arriving at Boryspil Airport, a transfer service is recommended, especially for early or late flights, as it simplifies key handover and saves time.

1. The number of guests actually staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
2. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
3. Please avoid excessive noise or disturbance after 10:00 p.m.
⚠️ Attention: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine of 100 EUR and early termination of the rental agreement without compensation.
4. In case of damage to property or equipment, you are required to cover all costs related to their repair and restoration to the original condition.
⚠️ Attention: As a security deposit for possible damages, a cash deposit of 100 EUR (or equivalent) may be requested upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after the inspection of the apartment, provided no damages are found.
5. We also offer additional services: extra cleaning, rental extension, additional apartment rental, transfers, and other options. All services are paid separately in cash.

The 50 m² layout includes a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, medium firm mattress, wardrobe and a small work desk. The living room is separated by sliding doors; the sofa unfolds and a topper is provided. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave and kettle. There are two balconies: a glazed one with drying space and an open one with a table. Entrance is from the courtyard through a brown door opened with a magnetic key.
