If you need early check in from 08:00 or late check out until 18:00, please confirm availability in advance. Such services are usually charged additionally — 50% of the daily rate — and are confirmed no earlier than one day before arrival. Guests arriving at Boryspil Airport are advised to book a transfer, which is especially convenient for early or late flights and simplifies key handover.

1. The number of guests staying in the apartment must strictly match the number indicated in the booking.
2. Smoking inside the apartment is absolutely prohibited without exceptions.
3. Quiet hours begin at 22:00, and guests must avoid disturbing others or causing noise.
⚠️ Failure to follow these rules may result in a €100 fine and early termination of the stay without compensation.
4. If any furniture, appliances or other property is damaged, the guest must cover the cost of repair or replacement.
⚠️ A security deposit equivalent to €100 may be requested in cash at check in. It is returned at check out after inspection of the apartment and if no damage is found.
5. Additional services are available: mid stay cleaning, stay extension, rental of an extra apartment, transfers and other options. All extra services are paid in cash.

The apartment features satellite TV with international channels, high speed Wi Fi and all essential appliances: microwave, kettle, fridge, AC, boiler, heater, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The combined bathroom has a shower, and linens and toiletries are provided. The bedroom includes a double bed, chairs, a table and a workspace. A glazed balcony with a bar counter is ideal for relaxing, having tea or coffee and smoking if needed. Despite the central location, the windows face a quiet courtyard.
