The standard conditions listed on the website may be changed by mutual agreement. Never arrive without prior confirmation — otherwise you may lose a significant amount of time during check-in. Please remember that this is not a hotel with a 24-hour front desk.
2.If you require early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (no later than 6:00 p.m.), please check this possibility with the owner in advance. These services are usually provided for an additional fee of 50% of the daily accommodation rate and can be confirmed no earlier than 24 hours before arrival.
3.For travel from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we recommend ordering a meet-and-greet and transfer. This is especially convenient for early arrivals or late departures, as it greatly simplifies key handover and saves time for everyone involved.

1. The number of guests actually staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
2. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
3. Please avoid excessive noise or disturbance after 10:00 p.m.
⚠️ Attention: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine of 100 EUR and early termination of the rental agreement without compensation.
4. In case of damage to property or equipment, you are required to cover all costs related to their repair and restoration to the original condition.
⚠️ Attention: As a security deposit for possible damages, a cash deposit of 100 EUR (or equivalent) may be requested upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after the inspection of the apartment, provided no damages are found.
5. We also offer additional services: extra cleaning, rental extension, additional apartment rental, transfers, and other options. All services are paid separately in cash.

The apartment is in the heart of Kyiv, near Khreshchatyk metro, Maidan Nezalezhnosti, Metrograd, Globus, Mandarin Plaza and several metro stations, including Teatralna and Plošča Ukrainskykh Heroiv.
