1. Mandatory coordination of arrival time
Please make sure to contact the property owner in advance (by phone or message) to inform them of your arrival time and agree on the check-in arrangements. The standard conditions indicated on the website may be changed by mutual agreement. Never arrive without prior confirmation — otherwise, you may lose a significant amount of time during check-in. Please remember that this is not a hotel with a 24-hour reception desk.
2. Early check-in and late check-out
If you require early check-in (from 8:00 AM) or late check-out (no later than 6:00 PM), please check the availability of this option with the property owner in advance. As a rule, these services are available for an additional fee of 50% of the daily accommodation rate and can be confirmed no earlier than 24 hours before arrival.
3. Check-in instructions
As check-in arrangements may vary depending on the season and other circumstances, please contact the property owner in advance and clarify the detailed check-in instructions.
Depending on your method of arrival, you should agree in advance on:
- arrival time;
- the possibility of airport pick-up and transfer;
- the exact address and taxi drop-off location;
- whether someone will meet you at the building;
- the name and phone number of the person meeting you;
- the code for the key box (if applicable);
- the exact location and address where the keys can be collected.
Please stay in contact with the host and promptly inform them of any possible delays during your journey. This will help avoid misunderstandings and reduce check-in time.
4. Airport meet-and-greet and transfer (recommended)
The driver will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your name. They know the exact address of the property and where to collect the keys, will help you with your luggage, accompany you to the rented accommodation, and explain how to use the equipment. If necessary, they can also help you contact the property owner.
This service costs slightly more, but it significantly simplifies the check-in process, saves you time, and helps avoid unnecessary stress. It is particularly useful when your flight arrives early in the morning or very late at night, as well as in the event of possible delays lasting several hours. The same applies to departures at inconvenient times.
