These services usually cost 50% of the daily rate and are confirmed no earlier than 24 hours before arrival. For guests arriving at Boryspil Airport, a transfer is recommended, especially for early or late flights, as it simplifies key handover.

1. The number of guests actually staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
2. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
3. Please avoid excessive noise or disturbance after 10:00 p.m.
⚠️ Attention: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine of 100 EUR and early termination of the rental agreement without compensation.
4. In case of damage to property or equipment, you are required to cover all costs related to their repair and restoration to the original condition.
⚠️ Attention: As a security deposit for possible damages, a cash deposit of 100 EUR (or equivalent) may be requested upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after the inspection of the apartment, provided no damages are found.

The building has a clean entrance with a concierge, high ceilings and panoramic city views. The apartment accommodates up to six guests with two double beds and a sofa bed. One bedroom features an orthopedic mattress and access to a balcony overlooking Kyiv. The studio kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dining table and dishes. For comfort there are three air conditioners, three TVs with satellite channels, high speed Wi Fi, cotton linens, towels, a shower cabin, built in wardrobes, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
