A 75 m² two room apartment with separate rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a built in dishwasher, oven, steamer and washing machine. Both rooms are spacious and bright, each with air conditioning. The bedroom has a large 2×2 m double bed with a comfortable mattress and a big wardrobe. The bathroom is combined and equipped with a 100 liter boiler. Each room has a door and can be closed separately. There is no balcony; the windows face a quiet courtyard. The building is located on Khreshchatyk Street, directly opposite TSUM. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet thanks to the courtyard orientation. Guests have full access to the entire apartment.
