Early check in from 08:00 or late check out until 18:00 must be requested in advance and is usually charged at 50% of the daily rate, confirmed no earlier than 24 hours before arrival. For guests arriving at Boryspil Airport, a transfer service is recommended, especially for early or late flights, as it simplifies key handover and saves time.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
The apartment is located next to Bessarabsky Market and Arena City, close to cafés, shops and supermarkets. Metro stations Khreshchatyk, Teatralna and Palats Sportu are within walking distance. The apartment is two sided: the living room overlooks Khreshchatyk, while the bedroom faces a quiet courtyard. A key feature is the large terrace with a beautiful view of Khreshchatyk, perfect for relaxing evenings. The home has a closed yard with a playground and parking. Inside, there is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The entrance to the building is from the courtyard through locked iron gates from the Bessarabsky Market side. Guests have full access to the entire apartment.
