Please contact the owner in advance to confirm your arrival time and check in arrangements. This is a private apartment, so arriving without prior coordination may cause delays. Early check in from 08:00 or late check out until 18:00 must be requested beforehand; the service usually costs 50% of the daily rate and is confirmed no earlier than one day before. For guests arriving at Boryspil Airport, a transfer is recommended, as it is convenient for early or late flights, simplifies key handover and saves time.

1. The number of guests actually staying in the apartment must strictly match the number specified in the booking.
2. Smoking inside the apartment is absolutely prohibited without exception.
3. After 22:00, guests must keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing public order.
⚠️ Failure to comply with these rules may result in a €100 fine, as well as early termination of the stay and eviction without compensation.
4. In case of damage to furniture, appliances or any other property, the guest is obliged to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
⚠️ At check in, a cash security deposit equivalent to €100 may be requested. It is returned at check out after inspection of the apartment and provided no damage is found.
5. Additional services are available, such as interim cleaning, stay extension, rental of an extra apartment, transfers and other options. All additional services are paid in cash.
