Please contact the owner in advance to provide your arrival time and agree on the check in procedure. Conditions listed on the website may be adjusted by mutual agreement. Do not arrive without confirmation, as this is a private apartment, not a hotel with a 24 hour reception, and uncoordinated arrival may cause delays. If you need early check in from 08:00 or late check out until 18:00, confirm availability beforehand. These services usually cost 50% of the daily rate and are confirmed no earlier than 24 hours before arrival. For guests arriving at Boryspil Airport, a transfer is recommended, especially for early or late flights, as it simplifies key handover.

1. The number of guests actually staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
2. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
3. Please avoid excessive noise or disturbance after 10:00 p.m.
⚠️ Attention: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine of 100 EUR and early termination of the rental agreement without compensation.
4. In case of damage to property or equipment, you are required to cover all costs related to their repair and restoration to the original condition.
⚠️ Attention: As a security deposit for possible damages, a cash deposit of 100 EUR (or equivalent) may be requested upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after the inspection of the apartment, provided no damages are found.
5. We also offer additional services: extra cleaning, rental extension, additional apartment rental, transfers, and other options. All services are paid separately in cash.

It is on the ground floor of a five‑story building with windows facing a quiet green courtyard, and the entrance is from the yard with a secure door lock. Inside, the apartment features modern designer renovation, new furniture, and contemporary appliances, including air conditioning, cable TV, free Wi‑Fi, and a jacuzzi. It accommodates 1–2 guests (maximum 3) and offers a double bed and a sofa bed. Fresh towels, bed linen, and cleaning every 5 days (for stays of 7+ days) are included. Airport or railway transfers can be arranged for an additional fee. The apartment is especially convenient for guests who prefer easy access without stairs.
