For guests arriving at Boryspil Airport, a transfer is recommended, as it is convenient for early and late flights, simplifies key handover and saves time.

2. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden without any exceptions.
3. After 22:00, guests must keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing public order.
⚠️ Failure to follow these rules may result in a €100 fine and early termination of the stay without compensation.
4. If any furniture, appliances or other property is damaged, the guest must cover the cost of repair or replacement.
⚠️ A cash security deposit of €100 may be requested at check in and is returned at departure after inspection of the apartment and confirmation that no damage has occurred.
5. Additional services such as interim cleaning, stay extensions, rental of another apartment, transfers and other options are available. All extra services are paid in cash.
