1. The number of guests staying in the apartment must strictly match the number indicated in the reservation.
2. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed under any circumstances.
3. After 22:00, guests must keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing public order.
⚠️ Failure to comply may result in a €100 fine and early termination of the stay without compensation.
4. Any damage to furniture, appliances or other property must be reimbursed by the guest according to the repair or replacement cost.
⚠️ A cash security deposit equivalent to €100 may be requested at check in and is returned at departure after inspection of the apartment and confirmation of no damage.
5. Additional services such as interim cleaning, stay extensions, rental of another apartment, transfers and other options are available for an extra fee, payable in cash.
