Individual entrepreneur Serhii Kulyk is the provider of services for searching for and booking accommodation properties through the Apartments UA platform, unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms of a particular booking.

Property owners and management companies are solely responsible for the accuracy of information about the properties, their availability, condition, conformity with the description, organization of check-in and check-out, compliance with accommodation rules, and the direct provision of accommodation services.
Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a particular booking, Apartments UA is not a party to the accommodation agreement between the guest and the property owner or management company.
Payments and Bookings
The terms of a particular booking, including the price, payment procedure, cancellation rules, refund terms, check-in procedure, and accommodation rules, are determined by the documents and information made available to the user before the booking is completed.
Online payments may be processed through a connected payment provider or the technical infrastructure of PMS.Rent. Information about the payment recipient and the available payment method is provided during the booking process or in the payment document.
